Dear Parents, Your student will be participating in STEM challenges that utilize engineering concepts that align to our Georgia Standards of Excellence and 3 Dimensional Learning! The purpose of these challenges is to provide important practice in applying scientific and engineering ideas along with mathematical skills to find creative solutions to a variety of real-life problems. In order to conduct these challenges, we will need a variety of everyday materials. Please look around your home for items on this list that you can donate to the Lab to use for our challenges. If you can think of other items that may be helpful, please send those in as well, provided they are in keeping with the school’s safety regulations.
